Inspire the Body

                                                                                                   

A few days ago I talked about wanting to challenge myself to eat better by staying away from processed foods; I am so use to eating. I wanted to take on this challenge to not only encourage myself, but to also encourage all of you to make better lifestyle choices.  Eating, thinking, and being better individuals all works together to make the best versions of ourselves.
